Launched in 2001, Allied World Assurance Company originally consisted of four employees located in a small office in Bermuda. Since then, the company has built a reputation as a strong supplier of insurance and reinsurance solutions from Bermuda and beyond. Today, Allied World has offices in Atlanta, Bermuda, Boston, Chicago, Dublin, Farmington (CT), London, New York, San Francisco and Zug, and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol of “AWH.”
